Hi Mike,
Steve Muldoon and I are hoping to do some evening rides on Monday nights ...
from say the 5:00-5:30ish hour to the 6:00-6:30ish hour ...
Steve is located just down the street from me (sorry Steve, can't
remember your site code, w** (i think)), and I'm at UPO ... right at the
Rte.20/Rte.495 exit.
I've just started so am into the 10-15 mile type rides ... Steve, on
the other hand does 25-35 miles on a regular basis ... annnd, puts up
with my shorter rides on the side ... :-)
We're going to try and start the Monday night ride on a regular basis
this coming Monday April 30 .... you can join us if you like ....
I figure 2 or 3 bikers tends to get a more respectable reaction from
the Mass. drivers ....
Let us know if your interested,
Anne

1507.3 | ME TOO - FROM MOO | MFGMEM::COLLAMATI | | Fri Jul 13 1990 16:12 | 11 |
| HI,
I work at MOO and sometimes ride at lunch. Usually between 11:30 and
1:00.
I tend to do 10-15 but sometimes less.
I'd like to hook up with anyone that is out at that time.
Has you ever headed down 20 West into Shrewsbury towards the common?

| I ride at lunch, too, from the NKS bldgs. (Metroplitan Corp Ctr. off
Ames St)
-.2 Where is Green St? Is that the one that comes up out behind the
hotel near 495. Starts over towards DLB?
I'm training for this years PMC. If I can't ride in from home (I pick
up the kids at daycare.) I try to ride at lunch. I also, do 10-15
between 11:30 and 1:00. I try to leave my desk at 11:30 and be back at
my desk at 1:00.

Green st. (a real attention getter of a hill) is easy to reach from
NKS. Take 20 west to Northboro center, turn right onto Church street,
follow past church (on your right) and take right turn onto Howard st.
Follow until fork in road, bear left at fork, go over I290, at bottom
of bridge bear left and take hard right onto Green street. At top of
hill turn left onto (?) street and follow all the way down to Church
street. Turn left and follow back into Northboro center, or turn right
and follow out to Wachusett reservoir.

1507.6 | More on Green Street | MILKWY::CRITCHLOW | | Tue Jul 17 1990 08:14 | 16 |
| I believe that the left on top of the big hill on Green
street is onto Ball Hill Road. That raod takes you past
Tougas Farm and Davidians Farm. If you continue staight up
green street you can eventually bear right onto Mile Hill
road (Luckly your at the top of the hill) and follow it
down to rt 70 very near rt 62. Then you can follow 62 back
to Berlin and take back roads into Northboro or Marlboro.
If you continue straight on Green Street past Mile Hill it
will turn to dirt for a mile or so. Then the pavement
returns and you continue to climb up to the Boylston
Country Club. Then you can fly back down Church from there.
I do these rides regularly at night or on the weekends.
