I would like to ask the experts on what they think about TANGE PRESTIGE
frames, are they comparable to Columbus SL's.. Also according to the
Bicycle Guide a Ritchey Classic (Tange Prestige) With Shimano Dura-Ace
components for $1000. Is that a typo. a great steal or just about the
right price.
Thanks,
Franc, Finally taking biking seriously.

A Ritchey made with Tange Prestige decked out with Dura-Ace for $1K.
Definitely a typo! They sell the Ritchey road frame alone for about
$1100, it is a one nice piece of work. A Dura-Ace group must go for
around $600-$700 (just a guess). That still leaves you without such
things as the rest of the wheels, bars, seat, etc.
$2K sounds more like it.
