I used it a couple of years ago when it first came out. Its popular with the
top XC-ski racers. I don't think it has much in the way of electrolytes, and
from my experience of the past couple of summers, I need the electrolytes, at
least when its very hot. Otherwise, the stuff justs sits in my stomach and
refuses to get processed, leading to dehydration.
I got mine directly from the manufacturer COKE! They had an 800 number. I
also remember it being advertised in the Performance catalog, but I just
looked in the most recent issue and it wasn't there. Oh well.

| Somewhat off the subject, but Saturday, on our return
from Newport (yes, we were looking at the hoity-toity
houses), my wife and I stopped at a light behind a
small station wagon that was full of Exceed.
I wonder were the race was? 8-)>
