Excuse me, but I've been to southern California, and I believe that
here in New England we get more weather in most weeks than southern
California is likely to see all year. 8-)

I agree. I'd rather ride in the rain and snow, than in the
beautiful, dry, cool sunshine. :-)
Actually, Note 1281.0 was put in by my brother visiting from CA. I was
