What : Mont Hope Les Classique (Citizen Only) Stage Race
When : August 12th and 13th, 1989
Where: Maine
Details: Aug 12: 2-person team tt, 20 flat miles. Kennebunkport,ME.
8:30 am start.
Aug 13: 28 mile hilly road race. Sanford, ME.
10 am start.
Awards: Awards will be presented for finishes both days. Total
points will determine 2-day winners. Ties will be broken
by best time in team time trial.
ttt awards: Desk top awards and yellow jerseys.
rr awards: Engraved awards.
2-day stage awards: medals.
Age groups: 0-17,18-34,35-44,45+ for the men.
0-34,35+ for the women.
Cost: time trial $10 pre-reg $12 day-of-race
road race $14 " $16 "

I forgot to mention:
This stage race will have police escorts, will be marshalled by
the civil defense, and sweep and first aid vehicles aer supplied.
Also, for the team time trial, there will be an open coed division.
Time trial teams may mix ages, but must compete in the younger person's
age bracket.
