| Go with the Uniglide.
I have never been able to get even acceptable shifts from a Sedis
chain, and I've tried most of their line. The best chain I've ever
used (as far as shifting went) was a Regina, but it wore my
chainrings at an unbelievable rate. I've always had good luck
with Uniglides, so I stick with them.

I had a Uniglide that got stiff links with only 800 miles on it. I replaced it
with a sedis chain and have had great success. This was with a standard 6 speed
cluster. If you get a Shimano chain get the 600 Ultegra. I heard it lasts
longer than the standard Uniglide.
There was a past note that went into chain problems. Do a DIR/TITLE=CHAINS and
see what else you can dig up.

| I have a Suntour , ultra-6. I've used the Sedisport for many
miles and never a problem.
