Does anyone know if and when the Wachusett Mtn. Race is? Last year
it was in October, but I haven't heard anything about it this year.

Note 483 refers to last year's (1987) race. I've heard a rumor, from a member
of the sponsoring club, that the race has been cancelled. Too bad...I wanted
to do it again.

I heard it was cancelled too.
Speaking of "hillclimbs", did anyone race the Pack Monadnock hillclimb
this past weekend? If so, how about posting a note on it? I've
heard that's a tough climb too (especially right near the top).
