    Can anybody tell me the 'proper' way to adjust the front derailleur
    of the Shimano SIS Exage Mountain system?  I jammed the chained
    recently and everything moved.  I've realigned everything and it
    seems to work OK most of the time but I do occasionally miss a change
    now.
