    	A friend of mine needs a pair of custom made cycling shoes.
    He has a size 13 AA shoe size and can't find anything that fits.
    Is there such an outfit that deals with custom cycling shoes??

	Reynolds (in England) used to make them -- I had them make a pair for me (from a tracing, by mail -- and they fit pretty well). They advertised in in the CTC magazine; do any of the Brits reading this know id they still do it, and if so, their address?
