| Sounds great, but where do you get a hypodermic syringe & needle?

| This sounds good if you use soap to put your grips on. The only
drawback to soap is that when they will loosen up in the rain.
(Personally I use contact cement, and forget about recovering the
grips, as I cant stand loose grips on a wet day) You could also
try liberal doses of water to remove them grip.

I use hair spray to glue the grips on.
To get them off, I use air pressure. I stick a length of
cable housing into my silca pump, the other end goes into the
little hole at the end of the grip (if there isn't one, I drill
a little one) I cover the other end of the handlebar with my
thumb, and with a few pumps; Blowie! It pops right off.
It's even kind of fun!
