| 1/2 an inch is not uncommon, if you were to concentrate on efficient
spinning, and try to minimize the pumping, you may find that the
wobble goes away.

I noticed the same thing on my set up,but when I concentrated
on spinning it became minimal..Is your T-bar clamp installed ???

Yes it is. I guess I should concentrate a bit more because the most
deflection accurs right when I am on the down stroke of either pedal motion.

Another vote for spinning, keep it at a minimum of 90, aim for
100+, not just for a dozen strokes but the full time you're on the
bike.

Well, I s'pose I'm obligated to put in my traditional plug
for rollers again. This is part of the package with stationary
trainers (not that rollers go anywhere). One is able to clamp the
bike down, pick a high gear and grunt on it without having to pay
any attention to balance or smoothness, no wonder the frame can
flex.
