513.1 | Possible source of rollers... | SUSHI::KMACDONALD | time to squeeze the donuts! | Tue Jan 05 1988 09:41 | 7 |
| I don't have my catalog handy, but I recall Performance (the catalog
folks) having rollers for around 95-105 $$$. I have their mag-trainer,
and it seems to be pretty good construction, but no experience with the
rollers. Performance's number is posted someplace in here, if you don't
have their catalog.

I have the Performance rollers and am pleased with them. They may not be as
good as the real expensive ones, but they get the job done at a low price.
I'd recommend them.

While you're thinking about new ones, I still have a set of Kreitler
aluminum rollers gathering dust in the basement that I' be willing
to part for a little more than your new inexpensive ones. Send MAIL.

The rollers came yesterday via UPS, just 9 days after I ordered
them. The total cost with shipping was $99.45, and worth every
penny. I'm learning to ride in a doorway, so rather than falling
over I just bang back and forth between the sides of the doorframe.
My goals are to wake up one morning with my legs more sore than
my shoulders, and to dismount without getting a 30 KiloVolt shock
through my crotch. Practice. Practice.
Re 513.* Thanks for your help.
