         If any one is interested,  A few people in my group in MRO1
    have been going for lunchtime/afterwork rides.  We're all just
    restarting to bike, so distances are short (10-15 miles currently)
    and the pace is moderate (i.e.  stopping every 5 mi. for a breather).
    We've been trying to go Mon, Wens, Fri, weather permitting, plus
    other days if it is especially nice out.  All are welcome (even super
    experienced types :-)).  Hopefully ride legnths and pace will increase
    with time.  If interested, reply to this note or you can send me
