If any DEC cyclists are planning to ride the Davis Double
on May 16, and want to gather for a 'last meal' the night
before, let me know via e-mail.

re .2	YaButt !	Those folks can bike just about all
year round. A club newsletter (Orange County Wheelmen ?) I picked
up last time I was there listed a New Year's Day "I hate Football"
century. The idea being that one way to get away from (televised)
football on New Year's Day would be to go ride a century. There
was a double listed sometime in February, Bah ! Imagine scheduling
a club century in New England for Jan or Feb ?, (or March or April
for that matter). Winter training notwithstanding, we lose endurance
during the cold months, at least *I* do. There just isn't anything
I've discovered that I can do often enough for long enough over
the winter that will keep my endurance.

Oh, I've done a February century, but only once when freak weather
permitted. What chance of "scheduling" such a ride with someone
    around here ?

Reg, Comb your hair more often, take a bath now-and-then, and speak
more lovingly to that significant other. See if things change, then.
