I am looking for information on either painting a bicycle myself or where to get
one painted. I have a 10-11 year old Nishiki. It has been through alot and has
some little chips in the paint which are starting to rust and rust where some of
the attachments rubbed into the frame. 

	Are there places around which paint frames?
	will they strip decals (manufacturer and bike licenses)?
	will they remove rust?
	anybody had experience with specific companies?


	If I do it myself what is the correct procedure?
