25.0. "Bicycle Exchange Riders Clinics" by NEPTUN::DEHAHN () Tue Feb 18 1986 07:51

	All DEC bikers of all sorts are invited to attend the Bicycle Exchange
Rider's Clinics, being held at the Bicycle Exchange, Bow St, Cambridge, just
outside of Harvard Square. They are sponsored by Liz Gormley, manager, the
Bicycle Exchange, and the Boston Velo Team. The focus is on racing, but all
are invited. 

	The first clinic is Thursday, February 20, at 6:00 pm. We will be
advising riders on rider positioning and pre-season training. Any rider who
wishes assistance in getting the proper fit on his/her bike is encouraged
to bring their bike along with shorts and riding shoes. This is not a Fit-Kit
session, however we can assist you in getting the best fit on your bike by
observation. There will be 6 wind trainers set up for this.

	The second clinic will be in late March. I will post a reply to this
note when the date is confirmed. The agenda will be on early season training
and building towards peak fitness. 

	The third clinic will be in late April, just before the start of
the USCF racing season. The focus will be on specialized training for a
particular type of reacing, ie. sprinting, time trialing, climbing etc.

	As a member of the Boston Velo Team, I welcome all of you to these
clinics. I'm looking forward to giving you any assistance I can.

    	Whoops, how time flies !    I didn't make any of these clinics,
    and its mid-April already.  When's the last one Chris ?   You had
    said "late April".

    I haven't been able to access this file for weeks. Unfortunately,
    the last clinic was April 17th. If I could have posted it I would
