	Hello,

	I recently changed the framing setting on a not connected
	STS-3c interface from SONET to SHD, which worked as expected.

	When I tried to set it back to SONET the setting was accepted
	but I still saw the framing as SHD. Whatever I did, I could not
	change it back to SONET.

	The switch is running 2.1.1

	Any hints ?

	Hi There Ulrich , Yes, it is a known problem with SONET / SDH when you use ver 2.1.1 . I strongly recommand you move to ver 2.1.3 or V2.1.4 that fixed this problem. Good Luck , Youda Kopel , NPB Melb / Aust. [Posted by WWW Notes gateway]
