Hi,

Can anybody tell me how does ATMMON.EXE work with its HTM file?

I have the Efficient ORCA 3.0  for WinNT, for ATMWORKS 350L card. It 
includes the ATMMON.HTM file which has referencies to the ATMMON.EXE (i.e. 
HREF="scripts/atmmon.exe?-w+dec+sar"), but Netscape says "unable to find the file 
ATMMON.EXE. (Atmmon.exe is in the right directory of course).

What is the problem?
