Good morning, good afternoon, good evening and all the other times
this nice earth has.
At first, what's going on with the GS/ATM-gurus, is there nobody
outside, who can help me with my questions in entry # 899???
I have seen the next problems with the DAGGL-BA:
We got five DAGWG-AA, version 1.82, together with ten DAGGL-BA, version
2.0FT. As I have learned, these two versions didn't match, so I want
to do an upgrade of the linecards.
I booted the GS/ATM with one linecard in slot 1, and this is the output
I got:

I didn't find a description of this status in the documentation of
the linecard DAGGL-BA. A alog_printError gives:

So I didn't know whether the linecard is bad, or the software is bad,
or both are bad.
Ok, give this linecard a new image and look then what it will tell me,
so I do:

So ok, I reseted the switch /SML to /SM0 and rebooted the GS/ATM:

So the GS/ATM got its load image information. B.w., I thought, the
bootp server will give a system an ip-address as well the bootp
server will start the tftpd for downline loading a requested image.
But for the GS/ATM this isn't right, you have to give the GS/ATM
an ip-address, so it can request an image

Hey, that's new for me, clockcard v1.82 can work together with
linecard v2.0ft. To see if this is right, I booted the GS/ATM a second
time and:

For me the described upgrade from V2.0FT to V2.1.3 correspond to what's
explained in the Release Notes (except the power off/on that seems to
be missing...).
