902.0. "Alpha based ATMworks 350 driver under Windows NT 4.0?" by DEKVC::GEUMJOONLEE () Mon Apr 14 1997 23:09

My customer have ATMworks 350 PCI/ATM NIC card with WIN NT V4.0.
Also, I have Windows NT device driver v1.0 & v1.10 for Alpha based platforms.

ATM driver V1.0 doesn't run under WIN NT V4.0.

I will test Windows NT device driver v1.10 under WIN NT V4.0.

Are there Windows NT device driver for Alpha based platforms run under Windows
 NT 4.0?
Also, How I can copy ATM NT device driver?

Regards.

Get a newer driver, both 1.0 and 1.1 are way old. Use the NPB
website: www.networks.digital.com

902.3Here are some things to tryWASNT::"[email protected]"Born to be MildThu Apr 17 1997 13:4615
It sounds like the OS cannot find the ATMworks 350 NIC.

Here are some suggestions:

- Make sure the card is properly seated in the installation.
- Use the control panel to remove and reinstall. It could be that
  you did an update an something went wrong.
- Make sure that your console is up to date.
- Make sure you try to do a simple 1 ELAN install first.
- When talking to the FORE switch, you might have to manually specify
  the ATM address of the LES.

let me know if you have any luck.
