Hi !
A CSE is trying to install a GIGAswitch/ATM and he's facing the following
problem:
After connecting the terminal to the clock module, he types ^O OBM and gets
a message before the menu appears ( t - 2139327864: error with retrieving clock
time ; status = 0x3d0002 ).
At the menu he chooses the option 5 ( system utility menu ) and when the menu
appears, he chooses the option 1 ( read current date and time ) and then he
receives the same message described above.
So it seems that the switch has a problem with date and time, but the CSE can
see the correct date and time at the clock prompt.
Has someone seen this before ?
Any hint will be very appreciated.
