I've got a customer that's seeing crashes identical to those in .0. However,
he's running 4.0B, not 4.0A. Has the 'test patch' been ported to 4.0B?
Is it available for general distribution?

| The fix applied to all V4.x versions, and the corresponding patches
exist. I don't believe the patch kit containing this fix has been
released yet.
Submit an IPMT case to get the patch. The stack trace should be
sufficient to identify the problem. But just in case, you can
reference this note.
