I no longer have access or can not see many of the databases or topics stars use to display, such as spd, environmental, etc etc, and many more. Can any one help me identify why I can not access these databases so I can resume using them. I am in a support function requiring I have access to retired versions of software products and I need access to archived spds as my starting point for research and resolution. Thanks in advance.
