Does anyone know what the exclusions or restrictions apply to the FORD/ROVER
promotions, currently in place in the UK, that offer a full refund on new
cars if 'for any reason' you are unhappy with the car and return it to the
garage.
I would assume that during the probation period, you wouldn't be allowed to
exceed n miles, or for the car to show any appreciable bodywork
deterioration and so on. However, is all the money refundable (Delivery
Costs? Number Plates?) and does the fact that initial funding for the car
may be Lease, P/X or Cash have any effect?

The finance deal is YOUR OWN responsibility and you have to close
the finance deal BEFORE you can hand the car back (just as if you were
reselling the car).
