2030.0. "OSCA MT4 barchetta?" by UNTADH::STUBBS () Thu Feb 25 1993 10:22
A friend of a friend has asked my friend to advertise this car
for sale in Classis Cars. I am interested to know what it is, if
anybody knows.
OSCA MT4 barchetta 1954, 1500 cc., red, original, excellent condition.
Price: 430M Lire (about 180,000!).

| OSCA was the company set up by the Maserati brothers after they
left Maserati. I think they were made in Brazil, but if I'm
wrong I'm sure someone will say so.

| Dave, I think they were originally based in Italy but eventually moved
to South America. The early OSCAs like the Barchetta (if it's the one
I'm thinking of) were very attractive little cars much like the early
small Ferrari sports car.
I guess "Classic and Sports Car" would be a good place for an ad.
