Hi,
I've seen note 1446.0-1446.24 and it's been it's been 8 months since
the last entered note....try my luck again !!
Has anyone out there tried or owned or is driving a VW Polo G40 ?
I know the from the previous replies (in 1446) that there was an article
in the Aug 91 issue of What Car, I missed that issue...
Besides, I like to know whether the handling and brakes is acceptable
or really bad... I find it strange that some magazines rate the "normal"
Polos to have good handling and then criticize the G40 as having bad
handling. Hence would really appreciate comments from any owners out
there.
Due to the tax structure and disincentives of owning a car here, the
G40 still seems like a good choice (as compared to a Golf GTI)
financially !
Will really appreciate any comments..

I have seen pictures of NEW VW Polo. It should be introduced next
autumn; or so they said in that article. The top model is going to
be G-lader version.

Yeah, I've seen pictures of the new Polo as well. It's probably going
to be full of safety features as well. Problem is that a 1994 "FCS"
date is forcasted here.
Looks like there aren't any Polo G40 owner/drivers out there !!!
