I will be traveling to London (and around England) at the end of the month.....and while we're on the subject of England...., My 1959 Jaguar XK150 power brake servo started leaking fluid, and most probably needs a rebuild. Can anyone suggest a place in London (or within reasonable distance) that I could pick up a repair kit(s)? Seems like every kit I receive over here says it was made over there! Cheers, Gil Davis Albuquerque, New Mexico

I'd first try any Jaguar dealer, but make sure you can remember your servo's identity as there may have been different variants fitted, e.g. does it have any markings, what shape is it, where do the pipes fit. If Jaguar do a kit, get a price first. If they don't then ask them who to go to. The reason for getting a price first is to compare with any other source suggestions you get in this topic. There are a number of specialist parts firms over here. If you can identify the Servo's manufacturer that might lead to a more likely source. JK | |||||

I remember a place somewhere in London called Norman Motors from my MkII days. It was really good, but can't for the life of me remember where it is, or even if it is still there ... |
