Has anyone been on any of these "drive a racing car for a day" type events that
are advertised in motoring magazines?
My brother wants to go on one as a birthday present, and I was wondering how
much driving/racing you actually get... some reports I've heard are that you
get two "instruction" laps in the passenger seat, then say five laps on your
own, which doesn't seem much for the �150 they charge for the events.
Can anyone recommend one of these things that they found particularly good?
Or are there other ways to get to "race" that give better value for money?
