1275.0. "Let's register" by HOO78C::DUINHOVEN (Weird scenes inside the colemine...) Tue Oct 30 1990 12:07

I'd like to know who is driving or own an MGB.
It's nice to know, easy to share information in one note.
It also may be better to get info directly form the person,
who knows most of the perticular topic.

    I'll put my C.V. here:

    Hans Duinhoven
    At DEC since August 1987
    DTN 838-3065
    Loc: UTO Dutch HQ

    MGB: GT, 1971, Racing Green, GHD5 U B239829G
    Options: Wirewheels, Tinted windows
    Specials: USA imported Feb 1990; USA spec.;
              detoxed to twin SU's.
              Not registered yet, in restoration.
    Owner since May 1990

    Who's next?

    Moderators reply...

I/We ignored the previous request to put all the MGB notes into one
note simply because of the amount of file manipulation required - this
conference doesn't support the modify note id option. In any event
there are several instances in this conference of several notes all
being about the same car/marque whatever.

I assumed that note 1266 was going to be THE MGB note - with the
entering of this base note we seem to heading towards another MGB note
when the orginal request was for ONE MGB note.

I'm not bitching, simply passing comment.

I suggest that I write lock this note and move the base note as a reply
    to note 234.
