| Do any other words fit in between FORD and LASER? e.g. escort, sierra
or is this a non-UK car?.
Woops just checked, your node shows as singapore!. You might need to
provide more info on this car for readers to recognise. Is it front
wheel drive, is it a ford 'original'?, or a badge engineering (e.g.
ford in auzzie sell mazda's I think)

| Hi:
The Ford Laser which I was referring to is manufactured by Mazda but I
really wouldn't know what the identical model would be in the UK.
It is a front-wheel drive model.
Thanks,
Michael Lee writing from HongKong

| MICHAEL,
Can you answer a question which so far no-one in the UK knows about
Hong Kong?, namely, what is the sticker you put on the boot of the car
if you take it out of Hong Kong?,
ie; in Britain it is "GB"
???????

1121.5 | Yep, the Ford Laser is a Mazda 323 | OZROCK::BATH | Getting very weary. | Wed Jul 18 1990 07:31 | 5 |
| If you're still looking for your timing marks, perhaps someone with a 1.3L
Mazda 323 may be able to help, as the mechanics of the two cars are identical.
(Only the badges, and a bit of sheet metal have been changed to protect the
innocent).
