    Hi !
    
    I got a new VW Golf some days ago, the GT with 90 hp. 
    In fact it's a nice car, except one thing, and that is an unpleasant
    droning noise between 3900 and 4100 rpm; above that range it is going 
    down immediatly as well as below. It is not coming from the
    dashboard, a thing I know from the Golf I. 
    
    Has anyone else had that problem ?
    Could it come from the hood ? I know that there are some pads sold,
    which should help; any experience ?
