    Hello again,
    
    Could you guy's with GTE/GSI Astra/Kaddetts out there do me a favour?
    
    Could you go outside and have a look under the bonnet of your car
    and see if there is underbonnet soundproofing.
    
    I have moaned elsewhere about the noise of my car, but the other
    day, I checked under the bonnet of a GSI, and found soundproofing.
    
    After a quick drive, that car was definately quieter than mine.
    
    If this is all I need to have blissful motoring, then I'll save
    some real money on replacing it ( just up to 40,000 )

	Does anyone have a Parker, etc book in the office, so that they can tell me the 'book value' of a Mk1 Astra estate 1.3 so that I can tell whether my brother has just written Mums car off, or whether he will merely be unable to drive it for a couple of years. thanks Alan ~~~~~~
