I am involved with 25 or so families who are planning to build a development of sorts. We are looking for recommendations for reputable, quality oriented developers who might be interested in creating a unique community. We will design the site plan and the houses. What we need is someone to build it. All houses will be pre-sold, so there is little risk. The location will probably be Acton. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks, LI

I set this note nowrite yesterday due to my perception that this was
still a note for a contractor. I have had some discussion with the author
of the basenote and have now re-opened this note for discussion again sine
it is broader than just a contractor search.
If you can offer any insights into developers and dealing with them, go
to it!
