    I need a quickie recommendation/suggestion about where to buy
    "pea" gravel.  We need some to finish our back yard, and I don't know
    where to buy it.  The only gravel pit I know of is in Littleton, MA,
    and I don't think that they sell in the small amount that I need.
    
    Any suggestions, or pointers?

	You might be able to buy small quantities in bags from a nusery or hardware store. If you need something on the order of a pickup truck full, call SANVEL, if they can't deliver, they might know who can (maybe a landscaper?).

	Nardone, on Power Road in Westford (off 119 past the Nashoba Valley Ski area) sells in load-your-own pickup truck quantity, by weight. Pull up to the office, get your truck weighed, pull over to the self load bins, and in about 10 minutes you can shovel a half-ton of sand or gravel. /Dave
